The Junior Procurement Professional for Radiometer is responsible for supporting the team with various tasks, like ensuring correct creation of suppliers in the ERP system together with our finance teams, distributing forecasts to our suppliers, supporting supplier summer vacation planning, and supporting at ISO audits through retrieving supplier approval documentation and SOX audits related to direct material prices.

This position is part of the Global Sourcing team located in Denmark and will be hybrid position. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Global Strategic Procurement team and report to the Associate Director responsible for Sustainability, Supplier Risk & Data. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support the Global Sourcing function with various tasks.

• Be in the frontline with communications towards our global supplier base.

• Ensure contract compliance in the contract management system.

• Work closely with our finance teams to ensure correct creation of suppliers in the ERP.

• Ensure the agreed service levels with internal stakeholders and CMs are adhered to.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business administration, or related field

• Assistant with 1+ years of experience preferably within sourcing or finance departments

• Good business acumen, writing skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.

• Skilled or expert in Microsoft office programs

• Fluent in oral and written English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Basic understanding of Danish

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Axapta or similar ERP system
