Product Engineer
Are you passionate about mechanical design and product development? At Kalmar, we’re looking for aProduct Engineerto join our R&D team and take part in creating cutting-edge mobile equipment solutions.
Your Role
Collaborate with departments like production, purchasing, and quality to ensure seamless development and technical excellence.
Support product life cycle activities, including designing, testing, and improving components and documentation.
Act as a key contact for technical queries, ensuring effective communication between our manufacturing unit and R&D.
Build and maintain a robust knowledge base to enhance product innovation and development.
What You Bring
Must-haves:
A degree in technical studies (mechanical/electrical or similar).
Proficiency in CAD software and the ability to read technical drawings.
Solid knowledge of hydraulics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Strong English communication skills (at least intermediate level).
Team spirit, creativity, and attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves:
Advanced English proficiency (CAE or equivalent).
Expertise in welding, 3D design tools (preferably CATIA), and automation systems.
3+ years of experience in product engineering or machine design.
