We are seeking a Sr. Manager - Accounting Advisory. The chosen candidate will become an integral part of our team, providing top-notch expertise in the field of accounting and business advisory.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through intricate accounting challenges and reaching conclusions.

• Facilitate client engagement and oversee operational due diligence for intricate transactions.

• Manage the delivery of client's financial and regulatory data in line with SEC and regulatory standards.

• Exhibit expertise on projects related to new ASC accounting standards.

• Spearhead process enhancement initiatives and execute changes.

• Offer guidance to managers and consultants, acting as an ethical model, and fostering the team's detail-oriented growth.

• Lead firm initiatives and pinpoint areas that need improvement.

• Contribute actively to the firm’s recruiting efforts, client relationship building, and business development endeavors.

• Oversee the reconciliation of accounts, balance sheets, and banks using tools such as Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP.

• Ensure the accurate and timely closing of month-end accounts and the preparation of journal entries in the general ledger.

Requirements • Applicant must have at least 7 years of experience in a related field.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is a must.

• Adeptness in Balance Sheet Reconciliation is required.

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations is essential.

• An understanding of General Ledger is necessary.

• Proficiency with Journal Entries is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Month End Close is needed.

• Proficiency in using NetSuite is required.

• Experience with Oracle is necessary.

• Knowledge of SAP is a critical requirement.
