Actalent Senior Architectural Project Manager in Stamford, Connecticut

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in project management within the architectural industry, with a strong focus on corporate interiors. This role requires a proven track record in leading projects, managing budgets, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple corporate interior projects from inception to completion.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.

  • Oversee the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, reports, and presentations.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.

  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the architectural industry, specifically in corporate interiors.

  • Proven experience in leading projects, budgeting, and client-facing roles.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $135000.00

401k with 3% match, paid time off (accrued), paid holidays, Health / Vision / Dental benefits, Hybrid work schedule, Company Paid Life insurance, Profit Sharing

This is a fully onsite position in Stamford,CT.
