We are in the process of recruiting a Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. The role is based in STAMFORD, Connecticut, and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, and your primary responsibilities will involve handling customer service duties, managing a multi-line phone system, and performing data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors

• Provide exceptional customer service, promptly and addressing all inquiries and concerns in a detail-oriented manner.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience in a receptionist role

• Exceptional customer service skills are mandatory.

• Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office and email programs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Must be punctual and adhere to agreed-upon work schedule.

• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures.

• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.

• Detail-oriented appearance and demeanor at all times.
