Job Description

We are currently seeking an IS/IT Sr. Business Analyst for our Stamford, CT location.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

•Drive 50%+ of sustain through sustain providers.

•Produce and execute test scripts to ensure developments are fit for Production.

•Manage and implement complex projects with Agile methodology delivering incremental business benefit in sprints.

•Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders / business sponsors to gather and validate business requirements ensuring the necessary processes are followed.

•Translate the needs of the business into clear functional specifications from which a solution can be developed.

•Liaison with Development team ensuring the correct solution is delivered as per functional specification and business requirements.

•Support end-users to adopt best practices and new system functionality.

•Produce training material as required so that users can be adequately trained on the delivered solutions.

•Demonstrate system expertise in implemented functionality.

•Identify risks within primary stream and cross-stream.

•Influence Product Roadmap.

•Identify and drive opportunities without being asked.

•Demonstrate Root Cause mindset.

•In-depth knowledge of technology in primary area.

Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

•A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Transportation Area.

•5+ years of IT experience preferred.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Excellent understanding of SAP TM, Freight Collaboration, and Global Track & Trace

•Strong understanding of industry Best Practices.

•Change Champion.

•Comfortable leading change

•Proficient using MS tools such as Power Automate,Excel,etc.

•Proficient using Azure DevOPs

•Skilled at justifying projects for prioritization and funding.

•Ability to internalize system concepts and relate them to business processes

•Results oriented

•Able to use Continuous Improvement processes & Tools.

•Must be able to travel as needed up to 25%

•Capable of transferring business objectives to a technical specification.

•Significant cross-stream understanding.

•Strong understanding of Agile Methodology.

•SAP certification is preferred but not required

•Experience maintaining SAP configuration, message monitoring and master data
