YOUR ROLE

Join Henkel as a Compensation Manager and get the opportunity to become a game changer on our team, working alongside professionals from diverse backgrounds to achieve common goals and drive organizational success. This is how you can dare to make an impact: You ensure compensation policies, job evaluations and other programs are administered consistently across all North American business units and functions.

  • You conduct job evaluations and ensure individual job levels and compensation offers are fair, competitive, within guidelines and in compliance with legal requirements.

  • This role is based out of our Stamford, CT office.

  • You manage and execute market data end-to-end process and annual benchmarking cycle, selecting applicable survey sources and ensuring timely data submission.

  • You partner with and support HR Business Partners in developing competitive compensation offers and pay strategies.

  • You drive annual Compensation Cycles through Salary and Incentive planning.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

  • 5 years of experience in Compensation. Additional experience in human resources highly preferred.

  • Stakeholder management and the ability to effectively communicate with key members of Henkel.

  • Knowledge of compensation policies, procedures, and employment laws.

The salary for this role is $116,000.00 - $129,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
