Job Title:Senior Configuration Subject Matter ExpertLocation:Stafford, VAJob Summary/Purpose:The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Senior Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. It is our goal to provide our employees with a work environment that promotes professional and personal fulfillment, career development, and job enrichment.Essential Responsibilities/Functions:• Responsible for implementing the User Stories which are within the customer’s backlog.• Perform development and configuration within the backlog on the Pega platform and utilizing an automated development process that is consistent with Pega capabilities and development standards.Required Experience:• Minimum of 2 years’ experience implementing Pega in projects of similar size and scope and experience.• Prior experience with risk management and internal controls.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:• Strong analytical skills, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline.
