Our client, a leading global consumer-centric medical device company is looking for a Quality Control Inspector. This is your chance to work with a global company with nearly 13,000 employees located in 30 countries!

Quality Control Inspector I

Pay: $18-$20/hr

Schedule: M-F 10a-630p

• Perform routine checks, testing, gauging and instrument inspections of incoming materials, goods in process, and finished goods.

• Performs assigned routine tests on incoming materials, goods in process, or finished goods where results are in compliance with company quality standards.

• Performs visual, dimensional, and functional inspection, utilizing hand-tools, vision systems, CMM and other electronic equipment.

• Performs detailed inspection when necessary to determine quality of a product.

• Notifies manager when inspection data exceeds acceptable limits or when major incidents of poor quality are noted.

Qualifications

• Operate gauges and testing equipment.

• High school or technical school education or equivalent, with mathematics emphasis.

• Basic blueprint reading skills

• GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning) knowledge.

• Measurement and inspection techniques.
