Oracle Program Manager, Workforce Planning & Operations in St Thomas, Virgin Islands
Job Description
The Program Manager of Workforce Planning Operations is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Headcount Planning & Management (HPM) tool. This role will play a critical part as the central administrator for HPM and lead the rhythm of business for workforce planning in partnership with business operation teams. As the central point of contact, this role is the connective tissue across the teams to ensure all cross-functional partners are engaged and supported with process and training.
This role requires a self-motivated individual who builds positive relationships and can lead projects independently. The individual must be passionate about execution, lead with attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
Manage a central operating framework to successfully deliver on rhythm of business activities in close partnership with business operations and cross-functional partners.
Support fiscal planning activities that help teams prioritize and optimize their headcount investments. Centrally track and report on progress of these investments to senior leadership.
Gain a deep understanding of the business landscape to further establish relevant process improvements that deliver consistency across teams.
Become the subject matter expert in HPM (Headcount Planning & Management) tool and serve as the central administrator.
Develop training materials and communications that support all users of HPM.
Troubleshoot any tool-based inquiries and escalate as needed to the HPM development team.
Contribute to tool-based enhancement requests with focus on increasing our ability to proactively plan for our workforce and investments.
Lead workforce planning projects, which may include consolidating an executive summary of workforce alignment with business initiatives, and regular reporting of hiring progress and investments.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
