Description:

100% Remote role. Our client is seeking an AI Operations Support Specialist to drive the adoption and operational excellence of their Copilot implementation. This role will focus on providing advanced support, creating best practices, and ensuring successful utilization of AI tools across the enterprise, with particular emphasis on supporting executive users and maintaining operational efficiency.

Rate: $60 - $70 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support for Copilot Studio implementations

• Create and maintain best practices for Copilot usage and governance

• Design and deliver training programs for various user personas

• Monitor and analyze Copilot usage patterns and effectiveness

• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation

• Identify and document common issues and their resolutions

• Collaborate with the engineering team on feature implementation and updates

• Support executive users in maximizing AI tool effectiveness

• Create and update user guides and quick reference materials

• Participate in new feature evaluation and testing

• Drive user adoption through education and engagement programs

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or operations management

• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise software implementations

• Strong understanding of M365 Copilot capabilities and best practices

• Understanding of Copilot Studio capabilities and best practices

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience with operational metrics and reporting

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences

• Service Management Tools

• Operational Dashboards

• Knowledge Base Systems

• Training and Documentation Platforms

• Performance Monitoring Tools

• Background in AI or automation tool support

• Experience with Azure support and troubleshooting

• Knowledge of enterprise search and knowledge management

• Familiarity with Power Platform administration

• Experience in change management and technology adoption

• Background in creating video tutorials and training content

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
