Lindbergh Bay Hotel and Villas Accountant Clerk in St Thomas, Virgin Islands
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting and supporting the Senior Accountant and Managing Director in fulfilling the responsibilities of the accounting department. Part time hours and flexibility of shift available. Tasks and Responsibilities Prepare various Accounts Payables and Receivables. Assist in preparation,coordination, and completion of financial statements. Reconcile and maintain balance sheets, including reconciling bank accounts monthly. Assist with payroll administration Assisting with Guest complaints in regard to over payment or credit card fraud. , Communicate status of work and issues with Senior Accountant, and Managing Director on a timely basis. Develop relationships with other employees of the Hotel
