Job Description:

  • The Innovation Management Intern will provide direct support to the Innovation Management team.

  • In this role, the Intern will help establishing and operating the new company-wide Innovation Management System, which establishes strategic guidance, process and tools for investments and pursue of innovative projects and initiatives across all Product Lines.

  • Support all innovation-related business processes and managing the Innovation Hub, an intranet portal where employees can find relevant resources and submit their innovative ideas (at any time, or as part of specific Innovation Challenges or events).

  • Interface with tech support and IT for any issues and requests regarding the Innovation Hub website.

  • Create and update internal documentation about innovation processes and tools, as well as eventually supporting employees in applying them.

  • Participate in the organization of innovation events, such as seminars, idea calls, workshops, and hackathons.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • In pursuit of a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business, MBA program, or graduate programs related to Innovation and/or Entrepreneurship.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving, resource management, and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects at once with cross-functional teams

  • Knowledge of modern innovation and project management methodologies, such as Agile, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, etc.

  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability with basic data analysis for Business Intelligence (PowerBI is a plus)

  • Sense of urgency to execute and success-oriented attitude
