Objective:

Perform activities related to the 5G deployment in KS, MO, MT & ID markets ( MTPL region)

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

Atoll expertise
RF Design Experience of a minimum of 3 years.
Highly recommended having some experience with client tools: Fuze SPM, Fuze Planning, and Fuze Reporting
Some data analytics experience using Excel/Tableau

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

BS Degree or equivalent work experience in RF Engineering.

Standard 8 am - 5 pm Shift Saint Louis, MO (Weldon Spring,MO) Partial remote work allowed

responsibilities:

Support the regional RF team in design, creation and management of RF projects to enhance 5G density and support capacity needs on the existing network.
The work will include new RF sources ( Macros/Small cells) and also modifications on the existing network.
Some tasks to elaborate further :
Design and finalize RF Data Sheets
Review/select candidates.
Work directly with RE/SP on prioritizing candidates, and attend necessary implementation meetings prior to site walk.
Attend site walk on the best candidate, finalize all details.
Complete as needed tasks in Fuze under Candidate Selection.
Finalize Modification and Carrier Add Designs.
Complete as needed tasks under RFDS Selection including adding final design.
Complete CQ Atoll final Updates/911 Submission
Complete outstanding regulatory items and documents as needed.
Assign Cell ID and PCIs for the macro/small cells, and enter into Atoll and CQ.
Submit E911 - check the accuracy of Atoll prior to submitting.
Activation & Project Close-Out
Review closeout documents and confirm the project is designed as requested by RF.
Activate in all Tools as needed especially in Atoll.
