As the Statewide Director of Host Homes, you will: Assist with the plans, development and oversight of the operations and growth of Host Home (HH) Services throughout the state of MN. Work closely with Counties to open new areas of service and work collaboratively with the MN Department of Human Services (DHS) to advocate and grow Host home services in MN. Develop Marketing strategies to find Host home contractors. Assure 245d services are following all applicable laws and regulations. Service includes a program that operates 24/7, 365. Supervise Direct reports land support with supervision of indirect reports all located throughout the state. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Service, Education, or Health is required. Experience in program development and strategic planning. Experienced in speaking to large groups and small teams. Competent to perform the duties as required with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position, 3 years supervisory level experience in a program providing direct support services to persons with disabilities. Driver's license required. Knowledge of provision of service for persons with disabilities, training in supervisory skills, team building, and leadership is required. Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance is required. Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record required.
