Job Summary: The position is responsible for all Rate Management System (RMS) submissions to County Case Managers (CM). Included in the process is the scheduling of reviews with team members, evaluation of schedule and any additional exceptional needs, timely submission and any follow up communication to ensure correct Service Agreements (SA) are received. The position will track and provide business analytics to support revenue captured, process improvement and consistency in RMS submission and service efficiencies as directed and to assure compliance. This position is also responsible for support of revenue needs within the annual program budget formation process. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or business or comparable experience. Experience completing reports and analyzing data. Experience or understanding of person-centered planning processes and 245D requirements. Advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite and email; skills in the areas of keyboarding, computer operation (including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, knowledge of uploading documents to an intranet site), office management and basic bookkeeping. Knowledge of pertinent software utilized by LSS preferred. Knowledge of the Community Residential Service programs preferred.
