MSA Professional Services Inc Project Architect (2344) in St Paul, Minnesota
MSA has an opportunity for a Project Architect specializing in water and wastewater projects at any of our 17 Midwest offices (WI, MN, IA, or IL). You will have the opportunity to see, and contribute in, projects from start to finish. The projects you ll be working on make a significant and positive impact on the communities you re serving. Projects include water and wastewater buildings, and potentially other building types. The work you may do Client relations including attendance at client meetings and interaction with existing and new clients Discipline leadership for internal project teams Project management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC Leading the building design process. This includes programming, design concept planning, and design development. Performing code reviews, reviewing specifications, and preparing cost estimates. Preparing full construction documents in collaboration with our other disciplines and assisting with coordination of work. Production of architectural models, including sections/details, using Revit. Bidding and Construction Phase services.
