Operational Support Analyst Job Location Other-Remote Office ID 2024-11528 Status Full Time Shift Day Schedule Mon - Fri Hours of Work 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Responsibilities The Operational Support Analyst will be responsible for providing day-to-day customer support, assisting with QA and regression testing, and supporting operational items. Responsibilities include working directly with customers, documenting incident workflow and resolution, incident queue assignment and escalation. Responsible for Salesforce request fulfillment and tracking and monitoring assigned requests to ensure service standards are met. Electronic Services Management QA and Regression Testing Operational Support Process Improvement Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or minimum 5 Years of related work experience Minimum 5 Years' experience with customer support Minimum 3 Years' experience in QA and Regression testing Excellent customer service skills Multi-level technical skills and analytical ability Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer skills in the use of diverse software programs Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Oracle applications and platforms Knowledge of Salesforce applications and platforms Overview The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is the largest nonprofit addiction recovery organization in the United States.
