Regions Hospital Clinical Pharmacist in St. Paul, Minnesota
We are adding to our team to expand clinical pharmacy services for medication use in our growing oncology area! Regions Hospital is looking for a highly motivated clinical pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care and clinical expertise to patients. Pharmacists at Regions Hospital provide professional pharmaceutical services by rounding with patient care teams, monitoring patient medication therapies, providing drug information and education to healthcare providers and patients/families, precepting pharmacy students and residents, reviewing medication orders, dispensing medications and related supplies, overseeing the work of direct support personnel, and participating in quality and safety improvement projects. The hospital provides health care services for St. Paul and its surrounding communities, as well as for patients who come from greater Minnesota, Western Wisconsin and other Midwestern states. Regions Hospital is part of the HealthPartners family of care. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift. This position will work in multiple locations. Required Qualifications: Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy. Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Minnesota. Currently functioning in a decentralized capacity or comparable role, or completion of a post-doctorate pharmacy program (i.e., residency or fellowship), or BPS Board Certification. Preferred Qualifications: Post-graduate training and/or specialty BPS Board Certification. Licensed preceptor with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy. Additional Information: This is a union 1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) day/evening shift with every second or third weekend position working in multiple locations in Minnesota. The full salary range for this position is $71.95-$81.94 per hour, based on experience. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits, which begin on day one of employment.
