Job Summary: This position drives growth of LSS services through the development and execution of sales sprints, acts as a public-facing representative for LSS, and provides coaching in collaboration with Line of Service leadership. This position will conduct market research to identify current best practices, assess LSS' competitive advantage, opportunities for service growth and new model design. They will be responsible for developing compelling business cases and effective execution plans for new growth and/or innovation opportunities. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent years direct experience. Three or more years in sales and outreach, relationship development. Three of more years of experience in cross-functional project management, business or strategic planning. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including diplomacy, firmness, and the ability to provide constructive criticism as well as teach/guide others. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills. The capacity to be highly adaptive to different work/personal cultures and work from a racial equity lens. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Valid driver's license. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
