Trane Technologies is hiring an Associate Digital Project Manager in White Bear Lake (St. Paul), MN. As an Associate Project Manager for Digital Twin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of digital twin projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including other project managers, engineers, and software developers, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This position has been designated as hybrid in White Bear Lake, MN.

Where is the work:
Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do:
Assist in the development and management of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among team members.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, providing recommendations for mitigation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in engineering and/or project management, preferably in the HVAC industry.
Ability to do industry research and evaluate digital technologies.
Engineering background with a mechanical engineering degree
Familiarity with digital twin technology and its applications is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Basic understanding in project management tools and software.
Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
Compensation:
Target salary range: $80,000 - $105,000
