Jones Lang Lasalle Assistant Facilities Manager in St. Paul, Minnesota

Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction with a specific focus on fleet management. Duties will include: Work on specific foundational items required to standup and stabilize the Solventum Fleet, as well as enable efficiencies. Largely this will have alignment to US & Canada, although there may be a requirement to work on global tasks. Immediately, this will include enablement of state and provincial registrations, management of payments with fleet management providers, and tasks related to moving between fleet providers. There may also be a need to document tasks. The Fleet Analyst will take direction of the Global Fleet Manager and/or USAC Fleet Leader, but immediately will take direction from the Global Fleet Manager. The Fleet Analyst will be resourceful, take initiative, and seek out items independently. The Fleet Analyst will be expected to have proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and SAP, and should have a high degree of skill in drafting business level communications Additional Job Responsibilities Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management and operational policies and procedures. Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPI's); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA's) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly. Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices. Implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices, ensure compliance with local codes and regulations and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards. Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, by including driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations. Support work order management for in house staff and vendors as necessary. Support facility soft services as needed and directed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management. Minimum of 2 years of industry experience required. Experience in managing vendors and small projects. CFM, CPM, FMA, RPA all pluses. Strong customer relationship management skills. Ability to plan and manage within budget and time constraints. Understanding of contract documents and routine accounting methods. Familiarity and understanding of building systems. Ability to work independently. Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills. Strong organizational skills and collaborative management style needed. Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service. Proven ability to employ holistic approaches and looks at long term solutions. Able to perform minor repairs.
