Dairy Farmers of America Aseptic/ESL Filler Lead 6am-6pm in St Paul, Minnesota
Job Description
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform efficient set up, operation, handwashing, CIP, and sterilization of all ESL and aseptic filling equipment for production
· Review upcoming production schedules to verify the necessary and correct materials are available
· Verify package integrity and quality checks for all ESL and aseptic filling lines
· Maintain documents for accuracy and completeness, providing clarification and direction to operators
· Provide training to all filler operators as part of the new hire process or refresher training as needed
· Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
· Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
· Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:
$29.60 per hour
24-month wage progression
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· 4 to 6 years of experience or 4+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership attributes
· Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
