Genesis10 is seeking an Agile Team Coach for a contract with our client in St. Paul, MN. Job/ Project Description: Client requires an Agile Team Coach to support key priorities and efforts for the agency. Client facilitates the access to and exchange of information between sources of criminal justice data. Client also provides technology, training and services for criminal justice agencies, better enabling their use of criminal justice information to solve crimes, prosecute offenders and protect visitors. An Agile Team Coach is needed to support various work streams for one or more product teams related to their modernization and software development efforts. The Agile Team Coach in this role will work on these key initiatives and initiatives across the other divisions within the BCA as needed. We are looking for a senior level Agile Team Coach with strong experiencing leading and guiding software development product teams in the Agile Scrum framework. The Agile Team Coach will be responsible for organizing, facilitating, and leading the Scrum events for one or more product teams within the client. Key Responsibilities: - Coach the product team on the continued adoption of Scrum and related best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Support and coach the team in processes and approaches that will drive high value and efficient increments that are in line with the organization's values, policies, and business objectives. - Coach the Product Owner and Product Team on effective backlog management and organization of priorities. - Develop and provide visibility to metrics and reporting measures that track performance indicators for the team, proposing opportunities for improvements based on trends. - Coordinate and support the intake, planning, and delivery execution of the work for the team and in alignment with product management, enterprise, planning, and leadership. Required Basic Qualifications: * Proven experience as an Agile Coach working with cross-functional teams. * Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. * Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. * Strong communication and facilitation skills. * Agile-related certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent are a plus. * Experience with Agile product management tools and practices. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $90-$105 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
