The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for the overall management of benefits administration and completion of payroll processing as well as overseeing any additional employee rewards. The Total Rewards Specialist will provide essential day-to-day support to employees and leadership. Qualifications Education and Experience Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting or finance, and/or minimum of three years' experience in payroll/benefits environment, preferably health care oriented. Knowledge/Skills: Possess good interpersonal skills: Communicate clearly and confidently, coach and motivate others, handle employee issues, etc. Responsible, mature, and flexible. Ability to be a functional member of an interdisciplinary problem-solving team and foster good interdepartmental relationships. Have good problem solving and decision-making skills. Possess the ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures. Possess ability to balance day to day management of priorities of people, projects, and deadlines. Oral and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and work independently. Seeks and accepts feedback regarding the performance of job duties.
