Work with an exciting team of senior living professionals that is enhancing the health and wellness of older people as you develop a scalable digital platform that supports the Spark Performance League and adds value to stakeholders including elders, family members, staff, the LSL leadership team, and property owners. The Digital Operations Manager must be able to design, code, and maintain a database integrated scalable web platform. The Digital Operations Manager will also oversee interns producing content for the site and manage live and print distribution channels. Content will also be optimized for use on social media platforms in ways that promote LSL communities as the best choice for senior living in their respective markets. This position is remote based, with the occasional travel. Position Functions and Responsibilities Build and Maintain the SparkPillars.com platform. Ensure the platform meets the needs of existing LSL communities and teams. Ensure that the platform can accommodate future planned growth. Develop and Oversee the platform's e-commerce offerings. Recruit and Manage League Journalism Interns. Serve as Producer for the Really Big Show. Serve as Publisher of the Really Big Newspaper. Oversee the production of weekly podcasts related to the Lightning and Thunder Leagues. Ensure brand fidelity by working closely with Lifespark's Marketing and Communications team. Facilitate and expand the reach of social media posts that celebrate LSL's commitment to strength, purpose, and belonging. Develop opportunities for earned media coverage of Spark. Qualifications Experience and Education 5+ years experiencing managing a multifunctional web application that serves internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in website development including HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Preferred experience with inter-application, and database communications via native APIs. Demonstrated proficiency creating, managing and measuring coordinated multi-channel marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, and content publishing. Ability to manage cross-channel collaboration between business units. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Exceptional communication skills and the desire to work closely with senior adults is essential. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with team members. Must possess proficient computer skills, including email use.
