TEKsystems Account Representative in St. Louis Park, Minnesota

PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS IN THE OFFICE, THERE IS NOT AN ABILITY TO WORK REMOTELY, MUST BE LOCAL MN CANDIDATES*

A well-established financial company in the metro is looking to hire entry-level Account Representatives. This position is a direct placement role and offers a competitive base salary with commission potential. An ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of call center experience with high level customer service and empathy.

Job duties:

  • Contacting various customers and businesses to gather information and work with contacts to create and offer payment plans options for outstanding debt

  • Maintain a very high level of customer service and empathy while speaking with customers

  • Follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures while making outbound calls

  • Maintain queue of daily accounts

  • Assist in special projects as requested

    

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 6+ months of RECENT customer service experience

  • Outstanding customer service skills and a high level of professionalism

Hours:

First shift, Monday - Friday, no weekends, and

early outs on Fridays!
