Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• 4 years prior testing experience and working knowledge of test management tools like ALM.

• Ability to create UAT test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and recommend prioritization to the business partners and IT team.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Working knowledge of testing lifecycle (unit, functional, SIT, E2E, UAT, regression).

• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

• Experience working in fast paced agile projects.

• Ability to manage test related activities in JIRA.

What You Will Be Doing

• User Acceptance Tester who can work in a fast-paced agile environment. The role will include constant collaboration and communication with the business partners and the technology team.

• Involves planning and managing test plans based on release timelines.

• Understand business requirements, document scenarios, and execute test scripts.

• Participate in Agile events (daily stand ups, sprint planning, grooming, and sprint retrospectives)

• Report and document all UAT activities including defect management and resolution.

• Provide test plans for End User Testing and support for Production Certification activities on release days.
