At Onsite Dental, we're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to help guide our patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in helping patients achieve happy and healthy smiles by effectively managing financial discussions and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the patient journey from their first appointment through to their final treatment.
Communicate treatment plans and schedule procedures
Maintain and update patient records and treatment plans in our system.
Handle patient follow-ups, and ensure timely payments.
Oversee and optimize Doctor and Hygiene schedules.
Confirm appointments and ensure a smooth consultation and progress tracking process with the Dentist.
Handle Accounts Receivable tasks assigned by the Practice Manager.
Support front office tasks and provide exceptional service to all patients.
Collaborate with team members to meet patient satisfaction and office production goals.

Dental Experience: A background in the dental field is a must.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to deliver “white glove” service and connect with patients.
