Candidate will be responsible for managing COTS applications within a solution that supports Defense logistics and transportation. The application manager will be responsible for ensuring that the COTS products are configured, set up and integrated with other systems and data bases. The ideal candidate will have experience with IBM Cognos and SAP BOBJ.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience and a bachelors degree in a technical field

• Ensure that the solution is configured properly

• Develop interfaces and data feeds from existing data warehouse

• Familiar with software development kit for application portfolio

• Experience with Oracle SQL

• JAVA, Python, PostgresSQL developer experience

• Ability to support COTS administration requirements

• Work with agile development team to take corrective actions and to build enhancements within the solution

• Ability to document design and configuration of solution

• Ability to document architectures using DoDAF

• Secret clearance
