ManpowerGroup Training Coordinator in St. Louis, Missouri

Our client, a financial services organization is seeking a Trainer to join their team. As a Trainer, you will be part of a team providing one-on-one training and coaching as well as specialized presentations - trainer-the-trainer facilitation.

Job Title: Trainer, Training Facilitator

Location: Hybrid in St. Louis, MO

Pay Range: 40-44/hr W2

Due to client rules, all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2 directly; we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors.

What’s the Job?

  • Providing 1:1 coaching, Specialized Presentations (Instructors Led Online training facilitation)

  • Expanding the client's program on usage and adoption across all regulated users (This includes Microsoft 365 transition including Teams adoption, migration away from Blackberry, usage of HearSay).

  • Responsible for providing one on one coaching and facilitating Instructor Led Online training sessions in support the program.

What’s Needed?

  • Training / Training Facilitation experience which includes one-on-one coaching, Train the Trainer led facilitation

  • 2-3+ years of expereince

  • Training on the implementation of new mobility / mobile tools and technologies is a plus but not required

  • Any experience with HearSay is a plus but not required
