Senior Manufacturing Engineering Technician

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing operations and driving operational excellence. You will work closely with our manufacturing engineers and managers to implement efficient manufacturing processes, identify process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise and technical skills will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations and the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

You will report directly to our Manufacturing Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our St. Louis location on a work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations by implementing process improvements, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with manufacturing engineers and managers to optimize manufacturing processes

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide timely resolutions

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

YOU MUST HAVE

• Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician or a similar role

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
