Emerson People Analytics Product Owner in St. Louis, Missouri

The People Analytics Product Owner is responsible for leading the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of analytics products in partnership key collaborators and cross-functional teams. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Define and prioritize the vision, objectives, and roadmap for the organization's people analytics platforms and tools.

  • Align the product strategy with business goals, HR initiatives, and user feedback.

  • Partner with HR leaders and teams to identify and address their people data and analytics needs

  • Collaborate with product and data team to craft, build and deploy insight-generating content that is intuitive and impactful

  • Manage the product backlog, defining and prioritizing features, improvements, and bug fixes.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with data owners and stewards to uphold data governance practices.

  • Define and supervise success metrics for analytics tools and ensure continuous improvement.

  • Analyze adoption rates and user feedback to iterate and refine solutions.

  • Build communications and training that drives awareness and utilization of existing and new content.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Relevant years of experience in HR with people analytics, or a product ownership role commensurate with the level of this position.

  • Proven track record to leverage data and analytics to deliver insights to drive strategic HR initiatives and improve business outcomes.

  • Proven experience with crafting, developing and deploying people analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Oracle HCM Analytics, Viser, One Model, Crunchr).

  • Solid understanding of HR processes, data and metrics

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • 5+ years in HR with people analytics, or a product ownership role.

  • Knowledge of programming languages (i.e. Python, R)

Our Offer To You:

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $135,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
