• View photos and reports uploaded from the field to ensure quality.

• Document and report any issues found.

• Provide detailed feedback to enable corrective action.

• Identify, investigate and report fraudulent submissions.

How will you succeed?

• Communicating effectively and efficiently.

• Having a customer service mindset.

• Demonstrating your cloud-based software and Microsoft Office skills.

**During high-volume times, you may be required to work evenings and weekends.
