Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: St. Louis, MO

Pay Range: $25-$33/hr. (offer will depend on experience)

What's the Job?

• Support operational functions and provide technical guidance to ensure departmental objectives are met.

• Engage in problem-solving and performance management within the team.

• Assist in maintaining workflow and provide training for new personnel as needed.

• Participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and customer service.

• Communicate operational status and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

What's Needed?

• AA in life science or high school diploma with relevant chemical coursework and experience.

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment preferred.

• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment and knowledge of product flow in manufacturing.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work in a team setting.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
