SALARY: $79,200 - $118,800, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Cybersecurity Operations Manager manages day-to-day operations and assists in implementing new cybersecurity technologies and practices using industry best practices. They support the compliance and maturity of the Cyber Operations pillars to protect the company, customers, and employees. Working closely with other Cybersecurity functions, such as Vulnerability Management, Security Awareness and Cybersecurity Engineering, this role ensures all incidents and requests are handled properly and according to best practices, policies, and regulatory requirements. The Cybersecurity Operations Manager will serve as a subject matter expert on Security concerns, requests, technology solutions, policies, and potential threats.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

• Coordinate between ABI's Global Security Operations Center and North America Zone IT Operations teams

• Responsible for Zone Cyber Operations Maturity program

• Reviewsecurity dashboards- investigating alerts and initiatingactions end-to-end to remediate

• Responsible for MICS in position scope

• Support visibility and decision making through production of relevant metrics, dashboards, and analysis as required

• Maintain and monitor Cybersecurity Organizational Mailbox

• Security approval/request ticket evaluation and monitoring

• Zone critical incident management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree IT, Computer Science and/or Engineering or equivalent required

• Relevant experience with IT Infrastructure technologies (servers, storage, network, etc.)

• Relevant experience with IT Security (3+ years)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive

• Effective time and priority management skills

• Deep innate curiosity and an aptitude for learning
