Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position offers excellent potential for permanent employment after an initial three-month temporary period.
Responsibilities
Mailing, faxing, copying, scanning, and answering the phone
Covering the front desk and providing excellent customer service
Mail processing and delivery
Setting up conference rooms and hospitality arrangements
Running complex print jobs involving various binding and finishing requirements
Walking the floors and working in the center area
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience working in a corporate office environment
Document control
Data entry
Legal administrative support
Paralegal skills
Legal support
Printing
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working within legal environments is a plus, but not essential
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. The dress code is business casual, and the role involves both walking and sitting throughout the day. No heavy lifting beyond the weight of a case of paper (40-50 lbs at most) is required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
