Our client is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: St. Louis, MO

Pay Range: $24-$25/hr.

Schedule: 5:30am - 2:00pm, Monday- Friday

Duration: 12+ months (Temp to Perm)

What's the Job?

• Operate production equipment and maintain a clean working environment.

• Complete required training to perform tasks and ensure compliance with quality guidelines.

• Communicate the status of operations and report any deviations to the supervisor.

• Participate in quality audits and assist in process/method development.

• Provide technical support and training to personnel and cross-functional teams.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of experience in a laboratory or cGMP environment.

• Knowledge of chemistry or biochemistry and laboratory instruments.

• Good communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and wear appropriate PPE.
