The Cigna Group Financial Operations Analyst - HYBRID in St. Louis, Missouri
This is a HYBRID role that requires on-site presence 3 days a week at our St. Louis, MO location
POSITION SUMMARY :
Analyze and process day to day activity involved with pharmacy recoupment as it pertains to the TRICARE contract.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Managing pharmacy debt within contractual terms
Complete reconciliation process of funds released compared to checks issue to ensure all funds are accurately accounted.
Process Pharmacy payments
Complete Financial Adjustments as needed.
Respond to pharmacy emails and phone calls within 2 business days.
Complete monthly reporting
Assist with any ad-hoc reporting and pharmacy research.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field or 3+ years work experience in related field.
Works and communicates efficiently with team members at all levels within the company.
Performs well under pressure within team and individual setting.
Internal drive to finish work by deadlines (self-motivated).
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication and customer service skills (i.e written, listening, phone skills).
Effective positive and professional communication with internal and external individuals in various functional areas at all levels of management.
Proven ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently as well as work independently.
Ability to work cross-functionality to resolve client issues.
Ability to manage timeliness and meet tight client deadlines.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
