Job Title: Facility Technician (HVAC)

Job Description

Aerotek is hiring a full-time, permanent facility technician specializing in commercial HVAC maintenance for a non-for-profit in St. Louis, Missouri.

The Facility Technician is responsible for preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs within medical and office spaces throughout St. Louis county. Company vehicle, tools, and equipment provided. This individual will be tasked with PMs, diagnostics, and minor repairs to commercial-grade HVAC units and systems. Additionally, they will perform routine maintenance to other facility components (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).

Hard Skills

• EPA Certification - either Type I & Type II or Universal required

• Experience maintaining commercial grade HVAC units and systems

• Basic electrical maintenance (wiring outlets, lighting, installations)

• Painting

• Carpentry and drywalling

• Plumbing (toilets, sinks)

Job Type

This is a permanent position. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM with opportunity for overtime. Preference given to candidates available for on-call hours and 24/7 emergency response.
