Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Administrator in St. Louis, Missouri. The role is within the tech industry where the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users while ensuring smooth hardware and software operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide deskside support to users, addressing their concerns and solving technical issues

• Handle, maintain and monitor desktop hardware to ensure optimal performance

• Leverage Microsoft technologies to ensure efficient operations

• Utilize Vmware technologies for virtualization purposes and to improve system efficiency

• Offer technical support to users, helping them navigate and use systems effectively Requirements • Proficiency in Deskside Support

• Knowledge of Desktop Hardware

• Experience with Microsoft products

• Familiarity with Vmware Technologies

• Proven ability to provide Technical Support

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

• Commitment to continuous professional development

• Understanding of IT industry's best practices
