ManTech Deployment Readiness Advisor in St. Louis, Missouri
ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Deployment Readiness Advisor to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri!
This position will provide support to the Office of Expeditionary Deployment Operations (XO), which requires planning, policy and business resource managers focused in human capital to assist Manpower Support for the agency’s Volunteer Deployment Team (NVDT) to provide pre- and post- deployment readiness support by preparing and supporting designated US Government personnel (Government Civilian, Military and Contractor) for worldwide deployments.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Coordinate NVDT pre- and post-deployment readiness requirements.
Coordinate medical physicals and psychological evaluations; and coordinate with NGA Security & Installations (SI) to ensure clearance requirements are met and sent to the Operations Branch Chief or entered into the PeopleSoft database.
Ensure deployers receive Geneva CAC cards, official passports, and government credit cards with an elevated limit.
Ensure safety items are provided to the deployer. These items will be purchased by the Government and distributed to deployers by the contractor.
Ensure Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) authorization is processed and documented in PeopleSoft.
Ensure the Isolated Personnel Report (ISOPREP) is updated, and documentation is entered accurately in the deployment database entry.
Formally report activities weekly, monthly, and quarterly to the Chief of the Current Operations Branch or as requested by senior leadership.
Ensure all other deployment requirements are met as required and coordinate the overall deployers’ administrative and logistical requirements prior to deployment.
Contribute to all aspects of the Operations Branch and assist with educating XO members about all aspects of the deployment process.
Help coordinate and brief at the Pre-Deployment Seminar.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors’ degree OR HS Diploma/GED and 11+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Proficient in MS Office and desktop publishing tools with editing skills.
Possess strong written and oral communication skills and can interact with department heads, managers, and GEOINT Analysts.
Possess briefing, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working within the IC and/or at the agency.
Experience using WebEx or IC Connect.
Understanding of the deployed environment, specifically focused on pre-post deployment requirements
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
Must be ability to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
