Card Services Coordinator

Job Description:

Summary

This position will be responsible for supporting client Program Administrators on their Commercial Card support needs. The Cards Services Coordinator will handle a wide range of client needs from basic transaction inquiries, card and user administration, troubleshooting user portal issues and system training. The role is 1st line of support and will be required to handle a wide range of client requests in a timely manner. The Credit Card Coordinator will need to work with other departments and fellow team members to ensure the clients are taken care of and have the best customer experience possible.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Day to day operational support for Commercial Card Program Administrator regarding technical and functional support

  • Handle card service requests and maintenance tasks including card balance and transaction history/statements (decline/waive fees), card and user setup and management, replacement and new card requests, card activation and cancellation, lost/stolen card, disputes, fraud travel notifications, and phone payments

  • Research and resolve errors for Program Administors

  • Ezbiz, Spend Clarity and VPA support, troubleshooting and client training and VPA configuration management on behalf of client

  • Process new business and commercial credit card applications through Salesforce and nCino with specific attention to data integrity at the point of input

  • Monitor outstanding credit card applications and work with Card Services sales team to move applications forward

  • Process potential fraud requests initiated by the fraud detection monitoring system. Contact the client to verify and confirm suspected fraudulent activity and remove any blocks on the card account.

  • Follow up with clients within expected intervals to ensure the highest quality is achieved.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are essential

  • Ability to adapt/respond quickly to change/new information

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience

  • Minimum 2-5 years banking/card experience with a preferred 1-2 years loan experience

Computer and Software Skills

  • Skilled in operation of a personal computer, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge on internet browser settings

  • Salesforce

  • Gmail

  • Adobe PDF

  • Credit card platform

  • Base 2000 experience a plus

  • Visa Online portal experience a plus

  • Experience working with FIS a plus
