Position Overview:

Our client is looking to hire an experience OT Security Architect (Full-Time) to come join their consultant team and assist with ongoing client engagements. This individual can work 100% remote and will not be required to travel.

This position will be responsible for meeting with clients and running assessments on their environment, then designing solutions based on individual client needs. This role will be pure architecture and strategy work and then there will be separate team of engineers that carries out the proposed solutions.

Top Skills:

(1) Thorough knowledge of the lifecycle, maintenance, and security of ICS, SCADA systems, and other OT infrastructure

(2) Proficiency in network protocols and communication technologies used in OT environments (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, OPC)

(3) strong experience applying compliance principles that ensure compliance with relevant regulations (NERC CIP, TSA), and standards (NIST, IEC 62443)

Description:

The Security Consultant will take a leadership role in delivering outcomes across a wide range of global clients. This will be accomplished by engaging with customer leadership to define priorities and outcomes for engagements, expanding the capabilities and offerings of the practice and delivering on consulting engagements in a leadership capacity.

This delivery role will be expected to lead customer engagement, deliver final reports and presentations with professional excellence, and maintain cybersecurity industry knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a background in zero trust, enterprise segmentation, and operational technology security, as well as consulting experience and executive leadership communication and presentations.

Qualifications:

Thorough knowledge of the lifecycle, maintenance, and security of ICS, SCADA systems, and other OT infrastructure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, availability, and efficiency of OT systems.

Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect OT assets.

Develop and implement best practices for OT system configuration, monitoring, and optimization.

Be the primary lead in cybersecurity delivery engagements for a wide variety of clients in different industry verticals

Cybersecurity: Analyze security measures such as access controls, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems to protect OT assets.

Compliance: Apply principles to ensure compliance with relevant regulations (NERC CIP, TSA), and standards (NIST, IEC 62443).

Measurable Experience in:

Experience with OT systems such as SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and HMI.

Proficiency in network protocols and communication technologies used in OT environments (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, OPC).

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Consulting for security consulting firms with example deliverables

Overall cyber security technical experience

Datacenter administration, including design, implementation, and support

Networking expertise, including hands-on roles in supporting routers, switches, and firewalls

Ability to perform concurrent tasks in complex environments under adjusting priorities

Ability to communicate and modify approach, language, and style to different audiences

Professional writing style and experience with demonstrable technical and business-related artifacts is required

Collaborative, with the ability to manage conflicting interests and deal with ambiguity.

Develop, create and write and deliver documentation and technical artifacts in a professional matter that will be given to Clients and others in a professional manner
