Job Title: AR Analyst
Responsibilities
Prepare and send invoices to sponsors or funding agencies for clinical trial services.
Monitor and record payments received, ensuring they are correctly applied to the appropriate accounts.
Reconcile accounts to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved.
Send out communication to the company and work with the pharma, which is the liaison for all billing.
Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable, providing insights into the financial status of research projects.

Medical terminology knowledge is a plus
Medical billing experience is a plus
Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and financial planning
Clinical trial experience or any other type of healthcare-related experience
Familiarity with software systems like Workday and Oncore
Understanding of CPT codes is a plus
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $26.44
