Armstrong Teasdale LLP Administrative Assistant in St. Louis, Missouri

Armstrong Teasdale is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its St. Louis office. The Administrative Assistant is tasked with supporting the Office Manager in the administration of day-to-day office operations and providing excellent customer service to all guests and personnel of Armstrong Teasdale.

  • Oversees all reception duties including greeting guests and accommodating all guest needs; answering and directing phone calls; tracking inventory of snacks, beverages, cleaning supplies, etc.; processing incoming and outgoing packages
  • Oversees and maintains the conference center, kitchen, file areas, and all common areas, including tracking inventory, ordering supplies, and restocking printers and supply cabinets
  • Serves as the AutomATe administrator for the office, schedules conference rooms, and supports all meeting coordination and videoconferencing set-up
  • Supports the Office Manager and office with various administrative tasks, including turning over workstations upon hire or departure of personnel, maintaining floor plans and master office lists; providing support for marketing activities and events such as coordinating travel arrangements and event logistics, preparing materials and mailings, and providing set-up and clean-up support; assisting with scanning, copying, and shipping projects, as well as providing general printer and copier maintenance; and supporting IT with help desk requests and maintaining the server room
  • Provides support to timekeepers and secretaries with file opening and closing tasks; time entry and reviewing prebills; and preparation of expense reports and check requests; and general overflow clerical/legal work
