POSITION SUMMARY

The position of Reservations Agent is currently available within our Reservations Department. This position’s main function is to provide an efficient and friendly Reservations service, whilst maximizing revenues to achieve budgeted and forecasted targets.

In performing this role, the successful applicant must meet the following requirements:

• Focus on Customer Satisfaction

• Strong Communication and Sales skills Fluency in English and Italian; preferably also in French or German

• Outgoing Personality and Enthusiasm about the hotel

• Good working knowledge of mathematical concepts

• Computer Literacy especially in Opera and Microsoft applications
