The role

The Human Resources Intern supports a broad range of human resource functions such as the recruiting/candidate experience, the new hire/onboarding experience, employee benefit programs, specific HR related projects and overseeing human resource internal processes.

How youll make an impact

Assist with HR and Benefits tasks

Process new hires, terminations, and updates in HRIS

Digitize and organize employee records

File and maintain personnel records

Greet employees, customers, and vendors

Provide support for other assigned tasks

Perform general administrative duties for the HR department

What do you bring

High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.

Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with other database systems a plus.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
