About the role
Barney McKenna & Olmstead, P.C. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Specialist to assist with accounts receivable and billing for its St. George office. Experience with Sage Timeslips or other law firm billing software is a plus, but not required---we are willing to train the right candidate who excels with numbers and has strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, have basic Excel skills, and demonstrate excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal abilities. This is a part-time position (25-30 hours per week), with the potential for full-time hours.
Compensation DOE. Part time or full time.
Requirements:
· Prior legal experience is helpful, but not required
· Highschool diploma or GED
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
