Are you a TIG Welder with experience working with TIG Aluminum who's looking to expand their skillset with a growing company? EBI has a CWI Team Member leading our top employees through our company training program. Gain real world experience along with certifications to grow your career! We specialize in training our Welders in Silver plating, Aluminum, Copper, and more.

  • We have a 3 year training program to prepare you for power plant welding

  • Travel to power plants to repair and maintain bus duct systems

  • TIG Aluminum welding for majority of jobs

  • Be ready for emergency work

  • Comfortable with heights

  • Comfortable welding outdoors in varying climates

  • Desire to learn and grow within the training program

  • Comfortable with extensive overnight travel

What we are looking for:

  • 3 years of experience as a Welder

  • 3 years of experience with TIG Aluminum

  • Certification of Welding from accredited school is preferred

  • Knowledge of electrical Bus Duct systems and utility industry is a plus.

  • Comfortable with heights

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Ability to become certified in accordance with the company’s welding procedures.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of raw materials, welding processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing of goods.

  • Demonstrative ability to read and write processes.

  • Physical ability to independently lift, carry or maneuver up to 50 pounds.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal/written) effectively with customers, suppliers and employees.

  • Demonstrative ability to work in a cooperative and team-oriented environment.

  • Demonstrative ability to use computers and shop reference manuals.

  • Demonstrative knowledge of blueprint reading.

  • Available and open to extensive overnight travel as deemed necessary.

This position is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check.
